First of all I don't know how Samsung marketing and policies work. I bought Samsung A7 2018 at the price of approx 22K, Samsung dropped the price suddenly to approx 18K within 2 days. As usual after purchasing 22K handset, there is no Android 11 update for the A7 2018 against the other low range handsets which are in the OS update list. I feel that Samsung does not value the old and loyal customers. If Samsung could not provide updates then rooted rom should be provided officially for the customization. Most of the companies are now providing more options and quality in less price with upcoming new os updates and unlocked roms.
please understand companies don't bother about customers they only bother how many products of theirs you buy. so if you are old customer they will not take care at all. FACT
