Try connecting manually with a hdmi cable. If it works your problem will be resolved

Hi there,

 

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

1) Ensure your device and TV must be close and has smart view option.

2) Ensure strong Wi-Fi connectivity. Internet speed must be good.

3) Do the network reset settings (setting>>General management>>Reset>>Setting Network Reset).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
