I have M40 this phone has very poor signal receiving though motherboard changed., Samsung note 10 lite also receives very poor signal.

Please enhance the power of signal receiving. 

Note lite 10 camera in zoom pic gets blurr..bug

Please be assured and to resolve "network" issue kindly follow below given step:

 

>>Check device in Safe Mode:-Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears > Press and hold the power off icon.
To exit safe mode:-Restart your device.

 

And to resolve "camera quality" issue kindly follow the given below step:

>>Reset the camera settings:- Tap on Camera > Settings > Reset settings > Tap on Reset.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
