Be assure below given steps will resolve the drinage issue:-
1. Go to Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory.
2. Turn off Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, mobile Hotspot, NFC etc. Swipe down on the home screen to open Notification panel > Tap on Bluetooth, Location/GPS, Wi-Fi, Mobile Hotspot, NFC etc. to turn off.
3. We recommend you to avoid usage in area with low network/fluctuation as it will drain the battery considerably fast.


Below given steps will improve the picture quality:-
1) Poor Camera Image Quality:- Check physical condition of your camera lens.
2) Please check there is no laminated or tempered glass pasted on camera.
3) Camera > Settings > Reset settings> Reset.
4) Check device in safe mode:- Power off the device > Press and hold the Power key for one or two s
seconds to turn on the device > When the logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key. (To exit
safe mode Restart the device)


After following the above steps, If issue still persist please do send the log file, so that we can provide you the better assistance.(Note:-You are requested to send it within 15 minutes of problem occur).
