I am not able to view videos on youtube (no audio),when am using Bluetooth headsets...pls help 


Any tips??

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!


Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Clear paired list
Settings > Connection and turn on Bluetooth > Setting option along with the paired device > Unpair.

 

2. Clear cache and data of Bluetooth app data
Settings > Apps > Menu (Three dots) > Show system apps > search and type "Bluetooth" > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data > OK.

Note: Clearing the data will reset the app to factory default settings. Any personal settings saved on the app will be removed.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

I have done all these things also had a word with call centre but the issue is still unresolved
