Yes ur device wont get affected because the charger is programmed such that when a 15W device connects to charging it will provide only the required power supply for the device... its the speciality of Samsung...
And if u r much more interested in knowing abt the charging please search in google about PPS charging

for what watt are you asking? if it is for 15w then around 1hr 15 min or 30 min, for 25 watt it may take 1hr i guess or less than that. i'm not sure about 25 w.

Even though you use 25W it takes only 15w rated limit.. The executive saying that using 25W doesn't harm your device..
