My s10 plus mobile unable to connect earphones when I am attending meetings in Cisco webex.

1. make sure your headphones aren't broken.

2.Check to see if the smartphone is connected to a different device via Bluetooth.

3.Clean the headphone jack.
4.Check audio settings and restart the device.

5.if none of the fixes worked for you then its Time to call the repairman
