Hi, iam using Samsung A51 and i have a problem of Bluetooth connectivity,not only me i have read so many reviews in Samsung Members about A51 connectivity issues with Bluetooth device.
So please sort out this problem

To resolve Bluetooth connectivity concern, kindly follow below steps:

 1. Unpair all Bluetooth devices which were connected earlier

Again turn on Bluetooth> Scan> Tap on the Bluetooth device

 2.  Settings > Apps >click on 3dot at right top corner >Show System Apps > Bluetooth Share / Bluetooth Test > Storage > Clear cache/data.


3. Reset network settings >Settings>General Management>Reset >Reset network settings)

i did it so many times and Samsung service center people also tried.My mobile connecting with Samsung level U only not with other brands.I have Jabra and OnePlus Bluetooth headsets and iam not able to use them with A51.

they took my mobile for hours and said your Bluetooth device not supporting to this A51 , and i have tried 8 different company Bluetooth headsets,same problem with all headsets.Calls are ok but when it comes to media it's horrible... connecting and disconnecting and sound cracking.With level U i didn't face any problem..so i came to one conclusion there is no problem in my headsets and problem in my mobile only...
