phone restarting.

My phone samsung M30s i have purchased it like lesaa than a year ago, and from last 3 to 4 months i am observing that it is restarting in the middle of the night. Does anybody have an idea as of why this is happening? If you do please let me know. Thanks.

ok i dont remember switching this option On and where do i find this option in the settings can you please give me some insight?

setting > device care > click on light symbol upper on right side. Where you find the auto restart option.
