parallel space not working m30

In m30 parallel space or apps like dual space are not working.

Any help???

Try doing a full reset by doing restore factory settings and set it up as a new device. Do share you result.

Now at this stage it seems to be software optimisation issue which needs to be done from samsung end, until and unless samsung does that there is nothing that can be done.

Keep your finger crossed and wait for next update to solve it.

Meanwhile contact customer care and visit service center if it is too much serious.
