Yup..its available, swipe down notification panel and here you will find screen recorder..and while taking screenshot, 2nd option is scroll screenshot option..

NOTE: GO TO ADVANCED FEATURES>SELECT SCREENSHOTS AND SCREEN RECORDER OPTION>ENABLE SCREENSHOT TOOLBAR TAB..
