First of all,run ur device in safe mode.to enable safe mode restart ur device using side button then while restarting when Samsung logo appears then press volume down button.if ir issue gets resolved then it is bcoz of some apps.try uninstalling them.
If Not---then:
Try reset app preferences in apps from settings and then reset settings from general management.(this will not cause any data loss).Then from device care-battery-put app to sleep-whichever app u want put them to sleep.this will definitely help u increase ur battery life and performance.
IF THIS ALSO NOT WORKS
then follow Standrad charging procedure---in this
u have to fully discharge ur battery and u have to charge it for 150 minutes in switch off mode.
THE ABOVE STEPS WILL DEFINITELY HELP YOU.
if all the above doesnt seem to work then show ur mobile in a Samsung service centre.you can get details of nearest service centre in Samsung online chat
