media volume doesnot appear

In my Galaxy A50...after having call on whatsapp or messenger..when i play music or watch video loudspeaker doesnt works.when try to increase volume.it shows in-call volume in volume pannel..i have to restart my phone always to fix this issue... Can anyone say what is the solution

its because of update only, you must report it to draw their attention towards it, so they will resolve it in next update.

taking time to convert default speaker from in call speaker to the phn loudspeaker.i hve alreay complaint this 1 mnth ago.they replied me promise with the future updates.

is that problem existing all service poviders ?

There is separate volume buttons for all modes like media, system and phone
Also use volume button for media option is there switch on .
