Motherboard is only changed if phone is dead or some circuit is burned due to heat or moisture.

If phone is working fine, try factory reset after you backup all your important data (photos/videos/msg/contacts/Samsung notes/documents etc)

If you need to remove motherboard then unfortunately there's nothing you can do about it but to replace. I would also suggest you not to replace it as it is very expensive, you should buy a new phone instead.

If your device is in warranty they will change it for free.
If not you can find a local repair guy (A good one) and get it fixed there but this is a totally risky process so choose wisely.
