m30s performance issue

Sometime touch screen not working 3-4 days even after restating also, sometimes after restart it working, after unlock sometime multiple apps opening automatically with GPS and bluetooth, sometime nothing responding, back, close. What could be issue ?,

Reboot device in safe mode and check if issue is there in that too.. Try to backup files while in safe mode and reset device.

already I restarted phone like this, but touch worked for only around 2hr. then again touch not working, it seems display touch issue not hung issue as nothing running in background, already I had closed background process
