Tech TalkAs i can understand, You play games and record it. And now your game is lagging or reported frame drops.
For the solution you can change some settings of game aswell as phone.
1. Clear Baground apps
2. Make enough space for game and clear unwanted trash
3. Stop app animinations in settings
4. In game launcher - set low frame as possible
In game settings
1. change the graphic settings
2. You can use varoius tools to lower the settings
3. long time high gaming may cause hitting issues
Hope these changes will bring, good results.

Tech Talk1. There are no background app
I set a limit of only one background app
2. I just reset my phone bro
50gb free space right now
3. I already set zero animinations.
4. There is no low fram rate option in game launcher
only resolution while recording option
720p 0r 540p 0r 320p
I already change in game settings from starting
low graphics and 60 fps
and there are low heating issues while playing and that's normal I guess
and I have been using same settings from 8 months including game settings
there wasn't even a single lagging issue or fram drop issue
when playing and recording at the same time
it all started after android 10 update
2.0 update of UI
I thought if I factory reset my cellphone
android 10 will be gone
and I was playing to not update my phone
but it update automatically sec. after resetting

Tech TalkIts recommended to used odin or smart switch for a clean install of firmware so no issues will be there i guess.
