internet issue

I am using m30s from more than 9 months but from 15 days the internet in my phone is not working properly. Sometimes it show E signal and on other hand when it says 4g LTE and 3 bars the internet doesn't work I tried everything even factory reset. 

And sometimes 4g and 4 bars but no internet 

And when I went in customer care of samsung they said this is sim issue and haven't even check my phone and in Vodafone care they said same thing your device have problem. Our sim has nothing to do with this issue

brother I only want to say that if this problem occurs since last few days then problem with your network provider it clear

Please replace your sim. Have you tried your sim in other device? or vice versa?

I tried the internet was much better than m30s

if this happened since last few days then cleared that not due to handset
its most probably due to poor network by service providers

Ehsank let me explain u with a example at 2:20 PM my net was working fine suddenly at 2:30pm it stopped working even at 2 am I face high network issue

even just a sec. ago it showed 4g and 3 bar when I was posting the reply suddenly E symbol came and 4 bars .. I actually editing the msg again

Go for new sim anyway. Sometimes sim cards go glitchy.

sim is fine brother I tried in other set and it worked

Then your device might be at fault. Something must have snapped or there may be anything loose in your circuit. Visit your nearest service centre.

I don't know brother. My phone nearly broke 7 months ago. I take my phone to customer care and they fixed it. it fell from 20 feets and then display folder was broked.
