Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.
Step1: Navigate to Apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Accounts and backup.
Step3: Tap on Accounts.
Step4: Tap on Add Account.
Step5: Tap on Samsung account.
Step6: Enter Samsung account & password to sign in.
Note: If you don't have a Samsung account, tap on Create Account to create a new account.
Step7: Tap on Sign in.
Step8: Read the terms and conditions and tap on I agree to all.
Step9: Tap on Next.
Step10: Tap on Not now (For this example).
Note: Tap on Register to set up Samsung Pass to quickly verify identity using your biometrics instead of your password.
Step11: You will now be able to access your account.
In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
