hello samsung team, I'm facing issue with my new samsung m31 mobile phone..mobile internet keeps on switching to 2g from 4g..like 10000 times a day.
all the steps you mentioned above for LTE settings were of no help. please solve this issue urgently. I'm not able to use my mobile 4g internet at all..after very 5-10mins 4g internet changes to 2g. I bought this phone a month back n this issue is since day-1. me and all my family members use airtel 4g internet so whenver my phone internet changes to 2g I check network in their phone its 4g only.. theres some defect with this mobile. ..please check and solve this problem..please- neetu

volte sims are not working...network keeps on switching from 4g to 2g like whole dsy....what's the use of this phone then...kindly provide a solution or I want my money back..complete refund.
