I don't think there is such feature in flip 3..still you can check inside camera app and more section

I Guess... You can use 2 options
.
Find a GCam which works on your device and there you have a mode for taking 360° photos. The mode is called "Photo Sphere".

Or
.
You can install Street View > Create > Photo Sphere > capture 360° pic> DO NOT PUBLISH ( or you may publish if you want it will publish that 360° pic publicly )
.
Now it should appear in Gallery or you can open file manager > go to 0/Pictures/panorama/ and find your pic

thanks for the reply..i installed street view, but it isnt working with my device. it hangs after i choose "create option".

It's same thing...
.
It should not happen as SD 888 + 8GB RAM is more than enough to run any app...
.
Try cleaning cache/data of Street View and try again or update if not updated.
.
Street View or any other app from Play Store should be working smoothly without any issue as Flip 3 has good hardware and specs 🤔

You can try GCam and see if works... There are many versions of GCam... see which works best on your device.
