While in the smartthings app, go to my collection. Where it says "photos on qled tv or frame " look to the right. Press the arrow pointing to the right. Now select -remove photos-. Choose all the pictures you want to remove, then press remove.
Oh' this Did fool me, but with Samsung the go to button is "TOOLS" as I found in solving this difficulty ! OK, in "Samsung Link" you should find the residue pictures that need clearing; once there click on "tools" on your remote controller (a reminder is visible bottom right of your screen) . Scroll down & click "Remove" then on next screen click "yes" & all done
But this has to be repeated for every individual picture that needs clearing( I have not found a bulk clearing method) but sure gives "watching paint dry" a good run for its money boredom wise !
