There is no official way to turn off camera shutter sound..only possible option is to mute device sound while taking photographs
or
if your device supports bixby routines then use that to turn off camera shutter sound

only you can do if your device supports Bixby routine....otherwise mute your device to operate that action

you can't disable it.
just put your phone on vibration mode or mute, no sound will be heard.
