Reset all settings in your phone. Then if it persists, Reset your phone. I hope problem will be solved.

well all Samsung phones seems to have this issue. even my s9 does. just limit your usage to the ram capacity and remove any 3rd party apps that run in the background and drain battery creating extra usage of the processor resulting in overheating.

thanks for your suggestions but I already did this thing but the problem is not solved and even when our net is on and I talk on call at that time also it will heated so much
