I have recently saw Note 9 Snapdragon version which is FAR BETTER THAN Exynos version. I dont know why SAMSUNG doing this to the flagship phones ... Mine is exynos version note 9, but trust me even in camera app the difference is visible. Please put Snapdragon in the expected Note 20. I'm not gonna buy another Note series with the cheap EXYNOS chip.
