i need a help.my phone is m10.but this pie update can't install in my phone.what can i do for this.kindly help if u know

I have no any exact solution but you can try following steps.

Eject your sd card.
Take backup if you have necessary data.
Hard reset your phone ( remember your data will be lost).
Then try again.

Sometimes we face installation error due to error in any specific setting or error in data mounting.
