Facing problem in attachement of biometric machine as machine doesn't give respond no option of OTG.

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Use Samsung original OTG cable or try using different OTG with your device.
2- Check by another bio-metric machine.
3- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members > Get Help > Interactive checks > charger/USB).
4- Check the device performance in safe mode.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
