Bought the Samsung frame 2020 a month before and from the beginning its showing clouding effect when viewing pictures in the dark on contacting Samsung for replacement telling it is moire effect. Kindly provide solution for the same as don't know how a effect they say is a feature leading to a bad viewing experience

I think you should forward this video of the issue or a picture to the service center staffs, or samsung care, if they didn't respond use social media like Twitter to notify this issue real quick, they might respond . Its looks like a display issue for sure.

If they don't accept ur request under warranty then log a complaint under consumer court, that's the final step/solution.
