clouding/moire effect on Samsung the frame 2020

Bought the Samsung frame 2020 a month before and from the beginning its showing clouding effect when viewing pictures in the dark on contacting Samsung for replacement telling it is moire effect. Kindly provide solution for the same as don't know how a effect they say is a feature leading to a bad viewing experience

Already did but they are saying cannot do anything

Also try changing display settings try everything and see.

It's due to edge led blooming. I actually returned which I bought.

More effect comes when viewing complicated geometrical patterns on screen like cloth/fabric patterns n checkered colour objects.

Use a completely black video or photo to check if it is the real screen problem, and then show it to the service center staffs.

[I saw your video but cannot detect if it's the videos animation effect or screens fault., That's why I suggested for a black image test]

Isn't frame an Amoled display?
