yes, in camera settings, you can disable

there is no option to disable shutter sound in camera setting. you need to keep the phone in silent mode while clicking pics or decrease the system volume.

There is no official way to turn off camera shutter sound..the only possible way is to mute your device system sound..or mute device sound while taking photographs
