Back camera A8 star 24mp but in setting 16 mp camera showing

Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue.

- Check the Picture size (Camera Capacity) in camera setting (It should be Max according to Camera Capacity).

- Clear Cache of the camera (setting>>apps>>camera>>storage>>clear data and cache).

- do the reset setting of camera (camera>>setting>>reset setting).
