To resolve the issue please follow the troubleshooting steps:
1. Kindly ensure that the device has proper storage available to download the application in phone.
2. Kindly check the device has strong internet connection available.
3. Kindly clear the data and cache for Galaxy Store with the following path: Setting>Apps>Galaxy store >Storage>Clear Data and Cache.
4. Kindly clear the data and cache for Download Manager with the following path: Setting>Apps>Three Dots>Show system apps>Download Manager>Storage>Clear Data and Cache.
If issue still persists, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on”+” icon>send feedback> Error report/Ask question).
