Just recently purchased samsung galaxy m31 prime edition from Amazon. I am totally disappointed because I am not able to use any upi related apps, tried all possible solutions like clear data , cache memory, message center number , airplane mode , restart, app permissions, reset phone .
After all this i visits service center, this guys simple reset and reinstall os. Still issue is samsung technical team is really dumb guys, they are not even looking into issue, for all problems solution is format, reset , reinstall, that's all. If anyone knows solution please post it would be really helpful
Dear samsung try to give possible solutions, don't give basic solutions, we all tried those before approaching you guys. I really disappointed by choosing samsung 😞, I will never recommend to anymore

I already visited samsung service center, they installed os again, I already complained but no one responded as of now , just being samsung customer i am loosing my time , please try to give respect customers time 😢, I will never recommend, very worst service
