audio skip

I am facing issue after latest update from Samsung on s10 plus , 

unable to skip audio tracks using bluetooth earphones and even through headsets

After I got to notice it was opening , voice assistant  - even though disabled not working, 

Tried hard reset,  safe mode none of it working

Please anyone help..

In order to examine the issues occurring in your device, kindly send us the error log files using Samsung member application by following below mentioned path-

Open Samsung member app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error reports>attach log file.

Note: For better assistance, please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
