Kindly follow the mentioned steps to resolve the issue in your device.
>Set the high camera resolution ( Open camera> Setting> Camera resolution)
> Reset the camera ( Open camera> Setting> Camera setting>Reset).
>Setting>Applications>camera>storage>clear cache.
> Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->camera ).
>Check for the latest device O/S (Scroll down Notification panel >Settings >Software Update
>Download updates manually).
