Why every 3-4 hours! Wallpaper service?

Why wallpaper service download something! Also not opening any app/program to see what is downloading?

Frustrated!!!

It's normal for wallpaper devices such as Glance to update it's wallpapers to match the latest news and updates.

[OneSeven]

Not using any type of "Lock screen wallpaper" nor wallpaper service.
For this notification i deleted my downloaded wallpapers from "Themes" but nothing changes.
