Why Samsung Galaxy M31 became a unstable Model

My 10 month old Galaxy M31 had a auto restarting problem and which is repaired by changing mother board in the Samsung official service on warranty. But I had wondered by seeing many M31 customers reached the service center on the same day with more or less same problem. 

Why this model is facing this problem ? Samsung company should take care this issue seriously.

Same with my samsung m31 from the past one week. Service centre asking for around Rs. 8k for motherboard replacement.
