Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Enable Vibration during incoming calls (Tap on Settings > Sound and Vibration > enable "Vibration while ringing" option. If you want to change Intensity of Vibration tap on Vibration Intensity option.
2. Change Vibration Pattern (Tap on Settings > Sound and Vibration > Vibration Pattern > select a vibration model accordingly).
3. Enable Vibration feedback (Tap on Settings > Sound and Vibration > tap on Vibration feedback).
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
