J7 Max comes with Bluetooth 4.2 which technically can connect with 2 devices simultaneously. That does not mean that you can stream the same content to your connected Bluetooth devices (I might be wrong). Also the Bluetooth devices you are trying to pair, have your verified if they are compliant to Bluetooth 4.2? Coz most new Bluetooth devices will be Bluetooth 5+ and some might not have backwards compatibility.

How can I check it?

You need to check on the product manual of your Bluetooth devices and see if they support 4.2 and above Bluetooth versions
