Hello there,

Hope everyone is doing great.

It's been a while since I have posted something on members. Anyway, let's get straight into the matter. I'm using the M30s for more than 2 years now and I'm planning to upgrade the device to a flagship or good midranger in the next 6 to 8 months. Recently I have used a pixel 4a of my colleague for a while and instantly liked its form factor. Very handy and elegant. 6.4 inches of m30s is too big for my small hands and I have to do a lot of hand gymnastics to use it. Similarly one of my friends has an iPhone 13 mini and it also feels great in the hands but I don't like the restrictive nature of iOS. I like One UI and get used to certain features like edge panel, Samsung flow, call recording, and much more.

There is any good compact phone by Samsung you guys can recommend to me?

Older models does have below 6 inch size but they are way older OS like Android Oreo and they too are limited to Android10 OS update. All there new models with Android 11 having above 6 inch. There is one entry level model M01 has around 5.7 inch size also Android 12 eligible but this is on low end. If size is the matter and want premium feature then you may opt for iPhones.

Ahh no...it's better to go for for S21 at the same price because it's a true flagship and not a fan editon. If you use both you will notice small differences.

Yes, the S22 may cost around 90k if we believe the leaks, so a better choice would be the S21. Because it's price will further go down once S22 is launched.
Don't worry the 4000mAh battery will serve you fine, using fast charging you won't face much issue.

Since you have around 6 months to buy my recommendation would be to go for S22( 6.06"). It has a very compact form factor.
You can also check the 2021 S21(6.2")

S21 is a good choice but 4000 mAh won't last you a single day. But I have made a compromise to meet my needs. Let's see

Or I have to choose pixel 5 or 4a. iPhone and I don't go along well and they will force you to use their ecosystem.

If you don't need Samsung One UI then you can even wait for the Pixel 6a which is going to be launched soon in India.
