I found out recently that our phones with SAMOLED displays have three more hidden display modes apart from the default "Natural & Vivid". They are hidden from the UI itself. [[Can only be enabled with the help of adb tools.]]

1) amoled cinema aka DCIP3
2) amoled photo aka AdobeRGB
3) basic aka sRGB, modes

See not on these two settings 😊

When I enabled it, I found it more appealing than the factory default Vivid setting which is too saturated for MY* taste, I'm on "Basic" setting now which is not that saturated as Vivid in my EYE/mind, even my mums galaxy M21 is on "amoled photo" n it works on those budget phones with SAMOLED displays too😍. But the enabling process needs a computer , usb debugging option n adb tools . So not for everyone out there.

Just wanted to point out our devices have such nice displays n we have several options that are hidden for those people who don't like the factory default display mode settings & only for people who are brave enough to enable it via PC /adb tools😍

Samsung removed these settings from UI coz they know their SAMOLED displays are the best n r capable of producing punchier colours n only kept those two settings for every people. ie : a successful business model for them πŸ’°πŸ’°.

I am guessing some people are already aware of these hidden settings n are already running on these modesπŸ˜‰.

Vivid mode makes colours more punchier...
You can notice that on the app icons..

As I pointed out these are hidden settings , can only be enabled through adb tools etc..

n if you don't find any difference on ur current setup then it's okay to leave these settings aloneπŸ‘πŸΌ
