Most OEMs haven't fully adopted the Material You Quick Settings UI of Android 12. The only two brands that have adopted it is Pixel (obviously) and Motorola.
Samsung, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, etc. are all still sticking with the older design. Samsung has, however, introduced the Colour Pallette feature which looks nice. I don't know why GBoard hasn't adopted it yet.
