Video & Voice Calls for WhatsApp was not working after Samsung S10e android 10 update and latest WhatsApp update 2.19.352 & 360. I can't able to answer the calls and cannot even connect for the calls. Please anyone help me out with your suggestions.

Have you tried uninstall the WhatsApp app update from Google play store

dont worry samsung will fix it

first uninstall ur whatsapp
then download it from samsung galaxy store
may be it will solve ur prob

Hi there,

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

>Settings> app>3 dots/more option>show system app>search for Whatsapp app>Clear cache>force stop.
>You can also check by updating the application via app store/Google play store.
> If issue still exists then once check by uninstalling and reinstalling the required application.
> Else, you need to once contact the concerned app developer.
