While my phone screen is locked, I am not getting the WhatsApp pop up notification. This feature changed after updating my Samsung A50 android version to V10. I don't want the alternative of getting the pop up in top right corner. I came to know that this feature is available only for versions 9 and below. But I want this feature desperately else I will report it to consumer forum
very disappointing reply by Samsung customer care asking me to do a simple setting to turn on the pop up notification in the phone which I have already done. This was already communicated by me that I have tried this setting before. Also I have mentioned that it's updated in Google and other blogs that this feature is disabled in Android version 10. But still customer care comes back with the same old reply without doing any backend research. Perfect example of a very bad and disheartening After sales service
