OIS(optical image stabilization) it use gyro sensor to know the shakey movement and it moves the lens a little bit to compensate with the shakey camera movement
EIS(Electronic Image Stabilization) it uses the actual camera frame to crop a bit and move the frame to compensate with move movement it will loose quality a little bit but not too much
If both works at same time while filiming the footage looks well stable and clear
