What is Contents Suggestions? And why does it crashes and never works?

I have a Galaxy A52 LTE since June 2021, and since then I've noticed this app called Content Suggestions. What is the purpose of this app?

Because this app has never opened and crashes whenever I try to open it from secure folder where it has been by default.

I even get notification from this everytime I restart my phone but even the notification never opens anything if I tap on it.

Can someone please specify?

Thats not a very important thing .... it is working like a advertising app and gives you suggestions about your phone ..... you should tyrn off the notifications of the app from app info or disable the app .... this app is not usefull its a useless app .... if you get this helpful accept my comment as solution

You cannot turn off content suggestion notifications. Instead you can only put it in silent mode.
