I am mentioning here some of the apps that I feel can help others like me. I tend to purchase those apps that I feel I may need in the long run. I strictly avoid any 3rd part source for apps.

1. SMS organizer by Microsoft - has well implemented dark mode, auto categorization of sms.

2. Outlook - well implemented dark mode, swipe to mark as read or delete option available both inside app and in notification.

3. MiXplorer (paid version) - the best file manager to date. You can do almost anything you can possibly imagine. Also, can add almost all cloud storage accounts.

4. Hiper Calc pro - I am an engg. Can't carry my scientific Calc everywhere. This app meets my purpose. Can do calculus, graph etc. too.

5. Electrodoc pro - every electrical or electronics engg. should have this app on his/her phone. Can't say how many times it saved me.

6. Daily Expenses 3 - I am a little poor in financial management and my expenditures sometimes go haywire. Recently, started using this and I can say that I am saving money now.

Also, I was using Tasker(paid) from long back, but now I have shifted to Bixby routines.

What are your favorite apps that make you productive and why? Please share.

Good list to share.
Frankly for myself, I try to to use Google or system default apps on my phone.

Advantage of Google Apps is that when you change phones , all data is available in those apps.

I use Gmail app in which I have my gmail account and Hotmail account added. Works well, so no need to have additional app for email.

I was using gmail till a few days back. It's not that I was facing any problem. It's the fact that dark regions are grey not black in gmail, but it is greatly implemented in outlook. Why not take the advantage of amoled display. I check 100s of mails and this saves some juice, I guess. Also, in gmail do you have the option for a single inbox for multiple accounts?

Actually my thinking is different, tend to use less apps even if small extra functionality can be sacrificed.
Yes ,Gmail app has "All inboxes" for all accounts.
Only thing which I miss is - ability to delete individual emails from thread.

Clipto - enables universal clipboard (copy from my phone, and paste it in my MacBook Pro)😁
