I bought a Samsung device recently (s20fe) and I noticed it has a factory fitted plastic screen guard on the screen, it's not glass but it's some kinda plastic for sure. The thing is I haved used this phone for a good amount of time now (>1 month ) and it's not scratched much , I have put it in my pants pocket , scrubbed it with sanitiser tissue, wiped it with my bathing towel😅 etc, but still there's no scratches on it. Also it's less affected by dirt and fingerprint, oleophobic idk?. (I must say I take good care of my phones, I've like only dropped my previous phones like 2-4 times throughout a 4-5yr period, yea that's me😊🤭, so think from every angle u guys)

I'm now wondering if it's not plastic at all but a hybrid?. What do you guys think, should I remove it (I didn't saw any samsung official wording in the package to remove it as other people said on online forums)and apply a tempered glass or leave it alone there peacefully 😌☺️?

The screen protector provided can protect against some scratches when the device is in your pocket or when it's kept face down but I wouldn't recommend to have it on as it wouldn't protect your phone screen from drops, I feel that applying a tempered glass would be better😁.

Yea that's what I think too, but I feel like I'm attached to this gluey plastic attachment now 😂😂😂🤭

It's better to get a tempered glass for protection from deep scratches, stich in time saves 9 😉

Have u applied one on ur s20fe too, if yes which type is it edge to edge or screen area type?. I have got a guard but it doesn't have the punch hole in it, that's one reason I'm waiting 😌
