Badges will automatically display on your profile after sometime. Just wait.
Once you have collected all stamps then wait for result announcement if you are lucky you will get voucher

I have collected 10 stamps as of now in month of September but I can't participate in October month

You have to collect stamps every month in the contest and accordingly you will get badges..... after the contest ends after few weeks they announce lucky winner
