Voice recorder's transcription feature not available in F23

Voice recorder's transcription feature not available in F23 5g.

Anyone knows how to get it?

I tried installing apk from phone that has transcription feature but that also not available after installing.

Only voice recording is available no transcription and interview mode!

You still can use Live Transcribe.

That is different thing, that only transcrbe to text only, this will (transcript+record) simultaneously, this help you in finding where you said something in recording you can directly go there.

Also one can use Google voice recorder version 1.0 to use this feature, which is not available on Play Store but available on xda developers website.

I use Google voice recorder for this, but language is limited to english us only
