Have you explored this ?.

If you are an Airtel or Jio user and have a WiFi Calling supported mobile you should definitely explore this . VoWi-Fi or Voice over Wi-Fi  is to help us making calls using a Wi-Fi connection . VoWi-Fi is a complementary technology to VoLTE and utilises IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem )  technology to provide a packet voice service that is delivered over IP via a Wi-Fi network . This technology can be accessed over a WiFi network to enhance indoor voice calling experience for users. VoWiFi technology enables users to make outgoing calls even where there is poor cellular connectivity. VoWiFi allows customers to make telco grade calls to any network without any extra charges or any additional calling App/SIM .No separate app is required to use Wifi Calling on Android and iOS device.  Telecom providers are enabling WiFi calling feature on their Network .You need a supported handset and all you have to do is enable the Wifi Calling feature on your device from the settings . Once enabled you can  make and receive calls from your Android and iOS device using the Wifi Calling function . Airtel and Jio are already supporting WiFi calling in India .
